Extended Inspection

Eligibility Requirements:
Every pre-owned watch that receives a pre-owned watch certification must be inspected by an authorized WatchFacts® service center and/or complete the "No Two Watches are the Same™" Program or must be purchased by a retailer selling the certified pre-owned watch.

Warranty:
Our warranty provides that the watch performance meets manufacturer's specifications. The warranty period is one (1) year beginning from the point of service. See Warranty Information

WatchFacts® Report™ Guarantee

Not all watches in our database are Certified by WatchFacts®. Not all pre-owned watches in our database go through and complete the pre-owned certification process also known as our "No Two Watches are the Same™"program or are graded using our WatchFacts® Score system. If you purchase a WatchFacts® Report, we warranty the accuracy of information contained in the report. Note, internal movements of a visual certification are not guaranteed or warranted for authenticity.
