We have partnered with several centers who have been approved by WatchFacts to work on your coveted time piece. We offer two types of service... Expert and Factory.

Expert Service is performed by an AWCI or Swiss trained watchmaker or watchmaker trained by the manufacturer. Factory Service is performed by a service center authorized by the manufacturer.
Both service offerings use genuine parts and the service complies with the manufacturer specifications.For most brands, we offer standardized pricing for basic and overhaul service. The pricing for each type is based on brand, vintage and movement.

To determine the service fee for your watch, you must register your watch and select your preference for watch service. Basic and overhaul service fees are paid in advance. Service does not include replacement parts, if required, and are subject to an additional charge.
